MOTION AS FOLLO\NS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 7‘ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75' for the enclosure of an existing 10' by 18'
deck 68' from the ordinary high water level. The granting of the variance request will not change or advance
the existing building line. It should be noted that the applicant's proposed project will not exceed the building
line,
