After discussion and consideration, Michael Harris made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to deny
the variance as requested as the proposed use is not consistent with similar back lot use in this immediate area, the applicant has
the ability-without the variance to enjoy the same rights and privileges.as other back lot owners in this immediate area and the
granting of the variance as requested would establish precedence for this immediate area.
