MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
to subdivide a 1.16 acre tract from an existing 75.44 acre parcel with the condition that a registered surveyor’s
drawing must be provided at the time of recording. The parcel will be 241.75 by 208.75. It was noted that the parcel
meets the minimum size requirements for platted lots on a general development lake and the parcel does have
access to a public road.
