William E. Messenger, Route //3, Fergus Falls, MN requested permission to place
24' X 36' shop 10 from property line and 20' from road right-of-way, on Lot
5, Southdale Shores, Elizabeth Township.Motion was made by Calvin Johanson,
seconded by George Walter and carried, to grant variance as requested. Hardship -
most ideal location of building.
Everett Ayres, Route //I, Richville, MN requested permission to construct a 6
X 18' boathouse on the shoreline, on Lot 5, Elsie Ewert Beach, Dead Lake Township.
Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Calvin Johanson and carried, to
deny application.
Erwin Brutlag, Wendell, MN, requested permission to construct a boathouse 4
from water line on Lot 11, 1st Add'n to Ed's Sunrise Beach in Tumuli Township.
Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Andy Lindquist and carried, to
table action until June 19th and the secretary was instructed to publish and
mail notice to that effect.
Motion was made by Calvin Johanson, seconded by Andy Lindquist
and carried, to respectfully request a representative of the Land and Resource
Management Office and the County Attorney be present at the next scheduled
meeting of June 19th, at 7:00 p.m..
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
