!MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
October 19, 1978
The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, October 19,
1978, 7:30 P.M. in the Court House, Fergus Falls, Minnesota with Craig AndeiTSon,
Thomas Donoho, June Ryan, George Walter and Calvin Johaftsen present.
A motion was made by George Walter, second by June Ryan to require
compliance with Minnesota Statutes regarding public notice on all variance:
applications.
A motion was made by June Ryan, second by Craig Anderson to approve the
corrected minutes as mailed, but to require more information to be included in
future minutes of this Board, such as, reasons for approval or denial.
Requests for variances were heard and motions made as follows:
Motion by June Ryan, second by Craig Anderson to deny the variance
application of Clair Weigand, dated October 5, 1978 on Ten Mile Lake, No. 56-613,
RD, Sec. 29 of Tumuli Twp. as there is no hardship shown and the law requires
Ryan and Anderson voted in favor of the motion and George100 foot setback.
Walter, Calvin Johansen and Thomas Donoho voted "no".> The motion failed.
