Rodney, Leon, William and Ralph Richter - Approved
Rodney , Leon, William and Ralph Richter, Verges, MN, requested a variance to divide a 4.46
acre metes and bounds parcel per the drawing on file with the County Auditor's Office. The
property is described as part of Government Lot 1, Section 34 of Candor Township on Loon Lake.
The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration,
motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to
approve the subdivision of the 4.46 acre parcel by metes and bounds description with the
condition that a registered surveyor's drawing will be provided by the applicants at the time of
recording. Historically this is a division of land created in an estate a number of years ago.
Dale Roger Oletzke - Approved
Dale Roger Oletzke, Browns Valley, MN, requested a variance for the placement of a I O' by 50'
mobile home on a 60' by 78' lot. The mobile home will be approximately 21' from the
shoreline, approximately 15' from the right side lot line , approximately 12'7" from the left
side lot line, approximately 29' from the edge of the road and approximately 8' from the sewer
hook-up. The property is described as part of Government Lot 2, Section ) 4 of Eagle Lake
Township on Eagle Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request.
After consideration, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson to approve the
variance for the placement of a 10' by 50' mobile home as requested by the applicant with the
condition that the present storage shed be removed. The hardship being a substandard lot of
record. The trailer is being placed in the exact same place as the previously located trailer.1
Tony Rivera - Approved
Tony Rivera, Dalton, MN, requested a variance to construct a deck approximately 24' from the
ordinary high water level. The property is described as Lots 16 and 17 of Camp Tynset, Ten
Mile Lake in Tumuli Township. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the
request. After consideration, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by John Everts and
unanimously carried, to approve the construction of a deck approximately 24' from the
ordinary high water level. The deck will be no closer to the lake than the existing structure.
The hardship being a substandard lot of record and the terrain of the lot.
John Ugstad - Withdrawn
John Ugstad, Fergus Falls, MN, requested a variance to build a 22' by 26' addition to the present
structure. This addition will Infringe on the bluff Impact zone. The property is described as Lot
5, Block 1 of Gladden Fields Otter Tail River in Aurdal Township. After consideration, motion
was made by John Everts, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried to accepted the
applicant's request to withdraw as he does not require the variance.
