Kemith & Elaine Dybdal, Elbow Lake, M4, requested permission to con­ struct a dwelling 75' from shoreline of North Ten Mile Lake, on a par­ cel in G.L. 3, Section 21, Tumuli Township, and replace an existing boathouse 8' from side-lot line. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to allow a 75' set-back for the dwelling, hardship being the best location on lot, to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others enjoy, allowing building no closer than existing structure.
