Pelican Lake. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson,
seooncted by Don Oehler and unanimoxjsly carried, to grant approval,
hardship being a substandard lot of record, with this location being
the least amount of variance required.

Alvin A. Nelson, Fargo, ND, requested permission to ccnstruct a 14' x
16' screen porch onto the existing garage 7' from lot line, on Lot 2,
Block 3, Amended Plat of Sub Division of Res. A, B, C, & D of Hagg- strom's Beach, Maine Township on Pickeral Lake. After oonsiSeration,
motion was made by Victor Petterson, to grant approval, hardship
being a substemdard lot of record. The motion was seconded by Dan
Cehler and carried unanimously.

Janes A. Than, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to allow a
122' set-back from Otter Lake, in G.L. 1, Sech:ion 31, Candor Township.
After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, seconded by
Carl Johnson and unanimously carried, to table until October.
Kemith & Elaine Dybdal, Elbow Lake, M4, requested permission to con
struct a dwelling 75' from shoreline of North Ten Mile Lake, on a par
cel in G.L. 3, Section 21, Tumuli Township, and replace an existing
boathouse 8' from side-lot line. After consideration, motion was made
by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried,
to allow a 75' set-back for the dwelling, hardship being the best
location on lot, to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others
enjoy, allowing building no closer than existing structure. Moti'Oi
was matte by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried, \with
Carl Johnsen and Victor Petterson voting "no", to cteny the request for
the replacement of the boathouse, no adequate hardship shown.

application. After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson,
seconded by Ciirl.Johnson and carried, with Craig Anderson voting "no",
to grant approval, on the condition that there be no other water
orientated structure, or any other structure, hardship being the
irregularity of the other buildings on the shoreline, and the property
being a substandard lot of record.
