The applicant is requesting a building setback at the “Line of Sight” and/or old house location. Old house location was equal to the “line of sight” of the adjoining properties (32’ from lake). The variance as approved will keep the proposed development out of the shore lmpact.zone and will provide the applicant with a reasonable use of her property. The drawing submitted with the variance application indicates an area described as back water. The drawing also provides distances from the proposed structures to the back water area. Variances from the back water area will be necessary if the back water area is considered a part of the lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested.
