Charles Hayes, Pelican Rapids, MSI, request for variance from lake
frontage requirement and road right-of-way setback on Bay View
Shores Resort, Pelican Lake in Section 11, Scanibler Tcvnship, was
withdrawn prior to hearing.

Paul Pfeifle, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to replace
roof on severely damaged garage due to fire, building an 8 foot
shell over garage for storage, at Log Haven Resort on Lake Lida
in Section 14, Lida Township. After consideration, motion was made
by Roger Marty to approve, building no closer to lake or highway than
existing structure, total overall height not to exceed 30 feet, sub
ject to written approval frem the County Highway Department. Ihe
motion was seconded hy Marc\js Wiechraann and carried \5xDn the following
vote:

Yes - All voting in favor
South Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rothsay, MN, requested permission to
split the church property into parcel with church location and parcel
for cemetery, in Section 9, Trondhjem Township. After consideration,
motion was made by Roger Marty to approve. Ihe motion was seconded
by Craig Andersen and carried rpon the following vote:
Yes - All voting in favor

With no further business. Chairman Walter adjourned the meeting at
