Motion
Mark R. and Kathryn D. Eifert - Approved the variance as requested. (8:08 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and carried with Cecil
Femling voting no, to approve variances of 18’ and 15’ from the required bluff setback of 30’ and a variance of 38’ from
the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the replacement of a 10’ by 20’ deck 12’ from the top of the
bluff and 62’ from the ordinary high water level and for the replacement of a 10’ by 12’ deck 15’ from the top of the
bluff and 62’ from the ordinary high water level. The Board noted that the proposed project is maintenance to the
existing decks.
