Notes
On April 15, 1992, I Issued Site Permit #11201 to John Ugstad, at that time,
I asked him how high off the river his lot was - and he told me it was 12'-
15' (as written on the Application). After he gave me his elevation, I then
explained to him that I asked this to be sure that it was not a bluff, then
explaining to him that a bluff is a lot with 25' of elevation and a 30X
slope toward the water. I continued to say that the setback requirement
from the top of a bluff is 30'.
