RE: Dedicated Road Easement
Winger’s Hilltop
Part of Gov’t. Lot 8, Sec. 34, Twp. 133, R. 42
This road has never been accepted by Aurdal Township as a township road. No
maintenance activities, such as blading, snowplowing, etc. have ever been
performed on this road by the Township and no such activities are anticipated to
be conducted by the Township in the future.
Aurdal Township suggests and recommends that the road easement be abolished
and that the area be returned to private use, with the provision that Lots 1 and 2 of
Block 2 be combined as one parcel to ensure that Lot 1 will not require a separate
access road.
Provision should also be provided to grant an easement for an access road, as it
currently exists, to Lot 1 of Block 1.
