Dear Mr. Fggum:
After viewing your property at the corner of Wall Lake Dr. N and Flks Point Rd and considering
your request for a larger approach to youi' property, the Aurdal Town Board has granted
permission to you to construct the larger approach to your property. This access would be as
discussed with Peter Jennen and identified in the map supplied to the township.
If any damage is done to the township road during construction of the approach, the property
owner shall assume full responsibility for any expenses incurred by Aurdal Township. A 12”
minimum diameter culvert would also be necessary.
