Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance for the
placement of a 6’ high privacy fence 0’ from the top of the bluff and 0’ from the road right-of-way. The variance is
granted for the safety of the family due to the intrusion of cattle from a neighboring farm.
