Erik and Sherri Maanum - Approved the variance application as requested. (6:38 p.m.)
After consideration, Cecil Femling made a motion, second by Joe Maske and unanimously carried, to declare Lot 11
Block 1 Wall Lake Development No. 1 a buildable lot for residential use type structures. The Board noted that the
variance as approved is consistent with prior actions of the Board in this immediate area and will provide the applicants
with an ability to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in this immediate area.
