Douglas Seiler - Approved
Motion was made by Randall Mann, second by Frank Lachowitzer and unanimously carried, to approve the
construction of a 16’ by 16’ four season porch addition being in line with the front part (river side) of the existing
dwelling. It was noted that the addition will not obstruct the view of the neighboring property and is not within the
shore impact zone. Hardship is the terrain of the applicant’s property, which does not accommodate the placement of
the proposed addition on the other side of the existing structure.
