Gene and Kathie Lindblom - Approved as modified and with a condition. (6:45 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously
carried, to approve the enclosure of the existing 10’ by 14’ wooden deck and a variance of 8’ from the required drain
field setback of 20’ for the placement of a 10’ by 14’ three-season porch 12’ from the drain field with the condition that
the variance as approved does not directly or indirectly authorize the enclosure of the area beneath the existing deck.
