MOTION AS FOLLO\NS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
50’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the construction of a 10’ by 15’ addition to the south
side of an existing dwelling. It was noted that this is a very reasonable request and that the addition will be no closer
to the ordinary high water level than the existing dwelling. It should also be noted that the applicant’s property is
located on a point.
