Thomas J Welle - Approved as requested with a condition. (7:00 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Michael Conlon made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously
carried, to approve a variance of 19’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a
26’ by 32’ structure 8T from the ordinary high water level with the condition that an existing 16’ by 12’ shed and chain
link fence must be placed in a location, on or before September 1, 2005, that complies with the setback requirements
of the ordinance. Hardship is the terrain of the applicant’s property.
