After discussion and consideration, Michael Harris made a motion, second by Cecil Femling and carried with Rod Boyer voting
no, to approve a variance of 41’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the replacement of a screened porch
34’ from the ordinary high water level. The Board noted that the proposed replacement structure will be no closer to the ordinary
high water level than the existing structure which was destroyed by a wind storm.
