Omar Gjerness Route ^1, Ferfrus Falls Minn June 14, 1974 To Whom It Kay Concern: The undersigned is a neighbor of Mr. and Mrs. Robert McMorrow, My property adjoins theirs, and is the first lot East of them. I am aware of their desire to build a garage on their property which will have to be builded closer to my property line than is presently allowed by law. They have discussed with me their intention to ask for a variance to allow them to put the garage up in this place. As the neighbor directly effected by this issue, I have assured them, and am writing this letter to so state, that I have no objection to this variance. Our houses are not builded on the same line, so that our buildinps will still be about 45 feet apart. They have indicated to me that they desire to come to within about five or six feet of the property line. I have no objections to this variance being granted.
