Conlon Paul Larson Steve Schierer Kyle Westergard, Land and Resource Management Cherie Clark, Assistant County Attorney Cecil Femling Randall Mann David Trites Called to Order - Chairman Randall Mann, called the meeting of the Board of Adjustment to order at 6:30 p.m. Minutes Approved - The membership of the Board of Adjustment approved the minutes of the June 10, 2004 meeting as mailed noting the following clarification: David and Sonja Kosler - The relocated storage shed can be either the existing 6’ by 14' structure or a new 6’ by 14’ structure as long as that structure is in a complying location behind the applicants' existing dwelling. The Board of Adjustment considered the following applications for variance: Irene Markegard - Approved the variance application as requested. (6:30 p.m.) Irene Markegard, Lot 2 Ironwood Beach, Pickerel Lake in Maine Township, requested a variance of 57’ from the required ordinary high.water level setback of 100’ and a variance of 7’ from the required shore impact zone setback of 50’ for the repair of an existing attached porch 43’ from the ordinary high water level. Randall Mann, Chair, polled the audience with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Michael Conlon and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 57’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ and a variance of 7’ from the required shore impact zone setback of 50’ for the repair of an existing attached porch 43’ from the ordinary high water level. The Board noted that this is maintenance to an existing structure and that the repaired porch will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing porch. Bradley J.
