The Board of Adjustment considered the following applications for variance: Irene Markegard - Approved the variance application as requested. (6:30 p.m.) Irene Markegard, Lot 2 Ironwood Beach, Pickerel Lake in Maine Township, requested a variance of 57’ from the required ordinary high.water level setback of 100’ and a variance of 7’ from the required shore impact zone setback of 50’ for the repair of an existing attached porch 43’ from the ordinary high water level.
