It was noted that the granting of the variance meets the intent of the ordinance. The road was built into the area with just the river lots platted. Now the lots are not expandable because the road does not allow adding additional land to equal the 5 acres. The wetland on the Parcel L is not significant in size allowing adequate room for building a home and septic system.
