Beverly Blair - Approved the variance as requested. (7:30 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Thomas Larson and unanimously carried, to approve
a variance of 29’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the placement of a 30’ by 48’ dwelling 17T from
the ordinary high water level and a variance of 48’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for a 32’ by 40’
addition onto an existing shed located 152’ from the ordinary high water level. The proposed development (location and size) will
not negatively impact the neighboring properties. The terrain features are the applicant’s practical difficulty. It was also noted the
lake was recently reclassified from a general development lake to a natural environment lake.
