TheBoard of Adjustment considered the following applications for variance: Kraig Stach- Approved;the variance as requested. (6:32 p.m.) Kraig Stach, part of the Northwest Quarter, Section 2 of Aurdal Township by Fish Lake, requested a variance of 83’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the placement of a dwelling ■117’ frorri the ordinary high water level. Appearing with the applicant at the public hearing were Tracy Lee, Pam Stach and Audrey Stach. The audienbe was polled with Dean Erkenbrack and Todd Langston speaking for the variance as requested. After discussion and consideration, Ken Erickson made a motion, second by Carl.Zick and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 83’from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the placement of a dwelling 117’ from the ordinary high water level. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Ken Erickson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 15’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the construction of a 10’ by 26’ 8” addition to the west side of the existirig.dwelling located 85’ from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that the proposed development will be.no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure and will not obstruct the view from the. adjacent properties.
