Chairman Johnson recessed the meeting of the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners for a Finance Committee meeting. The Board of Commissioners meeting was reconvened at 11:10 a.m. Planning Commission Recommendations Preliminary Plat - “The Neis Park Addition". Kevin Love & Steven Kramer: Motion by Froemming, second by Rogness, and unanimously carried to approve the Preliminary Plat titled “The Neis Park Addition” consisting of 8 single family residential non-riparian lots with a condition as recommended by the Planning Commission.
