After discussion and consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 3’ 6” from the required lot line setback of 10’ and a variance of 12’ 6" from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for the placement of a 22’ by 36’ garage 6’ 6" from the side lot line and 7’ 6” from the road right-of-way as depicted on the applicant’s revised drawing. It was noted that the proposed garage will be 6’ 6” from the lot line at the lakeside of the lot and 10’ from the lot line at the roadside of the lot. Hardship is the biased lot lines.
