P4H Infrastructure Grant

*Audit to start late June/Early July
Update on funding sources:
Infrastructure Grant, 2-year grant $191,000/yr
Work Force Development Grant,- 3-year grant $367,000 total
CTC outreach: change in program- 2022 had two 6 month budget- $176,000 July –
December- monitoring this through the rest of the year
Overall, $568,000 increase to the budget for the year of 2022
Strong Foundations: Evidence based home visiting grant- submitting the proposal for
$966,000.
Programmatic review of the Infrastructure Grant
P4H was awarded funds to increase capacity around data and epidemiology- Project
Manager within Clay County
Workforce Grants and what we are doing with it locally:
OTC- support capacity to enhance the connection with our schools using DPC staff –
salary time
Wilkin- Equipment, staff development exercises
Clay- Public Information Officer and Data analysis – behavioral health needs to our
staff-
Becker- Support help support public health recovery – additional training
