Stat., the Otter Tail County Board of Equalization met on July 6, 1982 at 9:30 a.m., with the following members present: Sydney G. Nelson, Berton Hovland, Andy Leitch, Hub Nordgren, Van Ellig and Sylvia Bergerud. The oath of office was administered by Judge Harlan Nelson, Andy Leitch served as Chairman and Sylvia Bergerud served as Secretary. The Board, together with Gene Davenport, County Assessor, preceded to examine the assessments for the year 1982.
