Motion was:,made by Andy Leitch, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, granting permission to John Anderson to convey parcels known as D & P. by metes and bounds descriptions, located in Government Lot 6 of Section 5 -132 -43, with the provision no further conveyances unless the area is platted and parcels D & F, be included in the plat. Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by John Snowberg and unanimously carried, to approve a supplemental agreement for the·addition of tag .axles at a cost of $6,400 each for,1.two.,trucks recently purchased from Helle International, for a total cost of $12,800.00, · Motion ~assmade by John Snowberg, seconde~,by Bert Hovland and carried, authorizing the Highway Engineer,.to attend the University of Minnesota Engineer's Management Seminar to be held in Minneapolis October 11, 12 and 13th. Motion was made by Andy Leitch, -seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, to sell a used Caterplller Motor Grader, including "V" plow and wing, to Oak Valley Township for the sum of $3,700.00, possession immediately; and a 1968 Dodge GVW 25,500 Truck, including one-way plow and wing for $2,500 and one ''V" type snow plow for $150.00 to Sverdrup Township, possession · of the Dodge Truck on October 18th, 1976. Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Andy Leitch and ,_, carried, to approve a bituminous surfacing.project in Butler Township, between sections 10 and 15, and 11 and 14, east of the Butler Store, payment made accor- ding to existing policy_. Upon motion made by John Snowberg, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, the following resolution was adopted: RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Otter Tail County, to comply with the State of Minne- sota Action Plan, did hold a public meeting on February 10, 1976, and WHEREAS, the following action was taken by the County Board on February 10, 1976: "Upon motion by Bert Hovland, seconded by George Walter, and unanimously carried, the Board adopted the future highway construction plan in accordance with the Minnesota Action Plan, as presented by the Otter Tail County Highway Department". IT IS RESOLVED, that the "Otter Tail County, 1976 Annually Revised Highway Construction Plan, dated February 10, 1976", as prepared by the County Highway Engineer is the 1976 long range Highway Construction Plan for Otter Tail County. Upon motion made by Andy Leitch, seconded by Bert Hovland and carried, the application of Robert Garberg for license to sell non-intoxicating malt liquor at Bob's Bait & Repair, Friberg_ Township, was-approved. · · Motion was made by Bert Hovland, seconded by John Snowberg and unani- mously carried, to grant permission, '.for a one year period from-this date, .to Clarence S. Rezac,· for license to sell intoxicating liquor at a proposed establish- ment in Westridge Mall, providing all requirements are met. Little Falls, Minnesota $13,870.00 Motion was made by John Snowberg, seconded by Bert Hovland and unanimously carried, to accept the bid of.Little Falls Machine, Inc., Little ,. Falls, Minnesota in the amount of $13,870.00, excluding transportation, it 1being the only bid. Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Andy Leitch and unanimously carried, approving the permit of Malcolm Lee to the Northeast Otter Tail County Landfill Association for a proposed solid waste site location in. Section 35 of Pine Lake Township. Motion was made by Bert Hovland, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, to approve the plat of Stony .~ar Estates, located in Section 32, Lida Township. Motion was made by Andy Leitch, seconded by John Snowberg and carried, to approve the puiminary plat .of Frieze Beach, 2nd Add'n, located in Section 15, Eagle Lake Township. Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Bert Hovland and carried, to approve the preliminary plat of Boedigheinier Development, located in Section 6 -135 -38. Motion was made by Bert Hovland, seconded by George Walter and carried, to approve the preliminary plat of Lida View Hills, located in Sections 13 and 14 of Lida Township. -Upon motion .made by Hub Nordgren,. No fuel oil bids were received as advertised for fuel oil require- ments for the courthouse buildings and the county nursing home.
