Motion was made by Bert Hovland, seconded by George \Va~ter and unanimously carried,· to authorize the County Auditor transfer $5,000 from the County Revenue Fund to the County Ditch Fund. A public hearing was held relative to the Otter Tail Lake Sewer District, "Facility Plan". No action taken. Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Hub Nordgren and carried, Andy Leitch voting "no", to supply local area banks with tax books at no charge, said books to be supplied after tax· statements are mailed.
