The Board, having previously advertised for bids to.be received ) for grading, plant mixed bituminous surface and aggregate shouldering under S.A.P. 56-652-01 (C.T.B.) C.P. 75: Old 52; plant mixed bituminous base & wearing course surface under C.P. 75:01 F.F.; bituminous mixture production under C.P. 75:02M; and township aggregate.base & plant mixed bituminous surface under projects 75:0lB, 02B and 03B, proceeded to open bids which were found to be as follows: Mark Sand & Gravel Co., Fergus Falls, Minnesota Duninck Bros. & Gilchrist, Olivia, Minnesota McLaughlin & Schulz, Inc., Marshall, Minnesota W. Hodgman & Sons, Inc., Fairmont, Minn. Upon motion made by John Snowberg, seconded by Andy Leitch and unanimously carried, the following resolution was adopted: RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Otter Tail County_ Minnesota, that WHEREAS the Board, . on January 8, 1975 accepted the bid of Fergus Dodge, Inc., Fergus Falls, ;Minnesota in the· amount of $4,462.-71 for. one 1975 Dodge Van, and WHEREAS the above van has now been delivered to the satisfaction of the County Board, NOW, THEREFORE, the County Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to issue a warrant in the amount of $4 ~462. 71 payable to Fergus Dodge, Inc., Fergus Falls, Minnesota in full payment.
