Motion wc3;s, made by Andy Leitch, seconded by Richard Dillon and unanimously carried, aµthorizing the conveyance of a metes and bounds description pare! of 200 1 of lakeshore located in Government Lot 2, Section 4 -133 -40. :.'· Upon motion made by Andy Leitch, seconded by John Snowberg and unanimously carried, the. foliliowing resolution was ;ad<:>pted: RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners0 of Otter Tail County Minnesota, that WHEREAS on October 8, 1974 the bid of Fergus Dodge, Inc., Fergus Falls, Minnesota for one 1975 Dodge Coronet 4 dr. statonwagon in the amount of $2,975.00 was accepted,. and WHEREAS the above statio~wagon has now been received to the satisfaction of the County Board, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, the County Auditor is authorized and directed to issue a warrant in the amount of $2,975.00 payable to· Fergus. Dodge, Inc., Fergus Falis, Minnesota in full payment. WHEREAS the above contract has rtow been completed to the satis- faction of the County Board at a total cost of $87,556.21, a decrease of $1,741.20 due mainly to the need for less sodding, NOW THEREFORE;•the County Auditor is hereby authorized and. directed to issue a warrant in the amount of $8~674.04 payable to Ackling Con- struction, Frazee, Minnesota•as final payment for this work. NOW, THEREFORE, the County Audi tor is hereby authorized and directed to issue a warrant in the·amount of $3,429.92 payable to Traffic Marking Service, Inc., Buffalo, Minnesota as final paynient for this work.
