Approval of Minutes Motion by Lindquist, seconded Windels and unanimously carried to approve the minutes of May 4, 1993, as submitted. '93 Hazardous Waste License Fee Motion by Lindquist, seconded Windels and unanimously carried to authorize the payment of $94.24 to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) for the hazardous waste license fee for 1993. Preliminary Design: Project 93:0SP Motion by Windels, seconded Lindquist and unanimously carried to authorize the Highway Engineer to enter into an agreement with Larson-Peterson & Associates, Detroit Lakes, MN, in the amount of $8,950 for preliminary design on Project 93:0SP. Conditional Use Applications 0 Motion by Partmann, seconded Stone and unanimously carried to uphold the recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve the following Conditional Use Applications subject to any conditions indicated: 0 Douglas H. Wetlands Training Motion by Lindquist, seconded Partmann and unanimously carried to approve sending two County employees to a wetlands identification seminar in Brainerd, MN, at a cost of $190 per individual. Staff members who will be attending are from the Land & Resource and Highway Departments.
