Minutes Approved Motion by Lee, seconded Windels, and unanimously carried to approve the April 15, 1992, minutes as submitted. Assessor's Abatement Policy Motion by Partmann, seconded Windels and carried to adopt the Abatement Policy as outlined by Assessor Bob Moe. Liquor License Applications Motion by Stone, seconded by Windels and unanimously carried to approve the following license application: Applicant Name Name of Business Allen Chase Ethel Beach Resort/Restaurant Type of License Set-Up Exemption from Lawful Gambling License No opposition was expressed in the Exemption from Lawful Gambling License Applications of Eagle Lake Sportsman's Club at the Eagle Lake Park, Ashby, nor the Holy Cross Catholic Church at the Holy Cross Parish Hall, Perham. Lease of Building Motion by stone, seconded Partmann, and unanimously carried to enter into a lease agreement with Tim McKane a portion of a building located on parcel 75-000-99-0291-000 described as Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 34 and vacated alley adjacent to Lakeview Addition to the City of Parkers Prairie at the rate of $100 per month until which time the property is sold. County Park Manager Motion by Lee, seconded Partmann, and unanimously carried to approve the Otter Tail County Park Manager job description as presented by the Coordinator and to authorize the Coordinator's Office to proceed with filling of the vacancy. Secretary's Week Resolution Upon motion by Partmann, seconded by Lee and carried, the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners hereby adopts the following resolution: WHEREAS, April 20 -24, 1992 is officially declared to be National Secretary's week; WHEREAS, the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners recognizes the significant value of the contributions made by secretaries to the operations of Otter Tail County Government; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners does hereby extend itsi sincere appreciation to all secretaries employed by the County of Otter Tail for their diligent efforts which benefit the residents of Otter Tail County. ... ~tter Tail County Board of Commissioners April 22, 1992 Page 6 0 Adopted this 22nd day of April, 1992. 0 0 Dated: ~ l,e, /q92,, OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF CO Closed to Public Adjournment ,/ ISSIONERS At 3:59 p.m., Chairman Lindquist declared the meeting adjourned and closed to the public for purposes of discussing two grievances under the Attorney-Client Privilege as authorized in 471.705 Subd 1 d. and for the discussion of labor negotiation strategies with the county's collective bargaining units.
